Job Description - Company Writer

The candidate will assume responsibility for the proprietary information at Infused Solutions.  The candidate will be responsible for writing business proposals, website content, company literature, and customer documentation.

Proposal responsibilities include writing and editing of content, ensuring consistency of formatting and language, and validating the structure against ISO 9000 requirements.  Research on agencies, competitors, and incumbents germane to each proposal will be required.

The candidate is responsible for managing Infused Solutions website content.  This includes standardizing the format and language, as well as creating additional content for a variety of audiences.  Audiences include, but are not limited to, Infused Solutions employees, partners, vendors, customers, and potential clients.  Written material should showcase Infused Solutions and differentiate us from our competitors.  All content must be ISO 9000 compliant.

This position will require research and development of internal and external information.  Documentation includes, but is not limited to, newsletters, forms, memos, processes, policies, company information, presentations, technical documentation, and handbooks.  The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the consistency of writing formats and language of internal and external documentation.  Other responsibilities include the quality control of documents to validate that they meet ISO 9000 requirements.

All developed content and information will be subject to authorization and release of information to the media, competitors, and external sources by the appropriate Infused Solutions leadership.

Travel required - No more than 50%

Skill sets:

• Government procurement process and terms
• Education requirements: BA in English or similar area of study
• At least 2 years of prior editorial experience

Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
